Israel FerreiraBorn and raised in Venezuela, Israel is a New York–based actor whose career spans film, theater, and musical theater. At 20, he moved to Miami, where he lived for many years before recently relocating to New York City to continue his artistic journey. Originally trained in electrical engineering, Israel made a bold career change to dedicate himself fully to the performing arts, combining discipline with passion in every role he takes on.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, he has appeared in numerous short films and taken part in a select number of theater productions, including a musical. His work explores genres from raw drama to sharp comedy, often drawing from his Latin American roots. He trained at the Adriana Barraza Acting Studio in Miami and later completed an Acting for Film intensive at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles, complemented by additional training in improv, voice, dance, and movement.
On stage and on screen, Israel has brought to life a wide range of characters—from heartfelt roles in independent films to appearing in a Super Bowl commercial. He approaches each project with commitment, versatility, and a collaborative spirit, always striving to create work that resonates long after the final bow or closing frame.
